Place wontons into boiling water, when it boils again, add cool water in the it and repeat two times before the wontons are fully cooked. Remember to cover the wontons each time after you add water. Ready to serve after drain the water. 

將餛飩加入沸騰的熱水中，再次沸騰時加入冷水覆蓋餛飩，重複此步驟兩次後撈出，即可享用佳餚。
