Place dumpling into boiling water, when it boils again, add cool water in the it and repeat three times before the dumplings are fully cooked. Remember to cover the dumplings each time after you add water. Ready to serve after drain the water. 

將水餃加入沸騰的熱水中，再次沸騰時加入冷水覆蓋水餃，重複此步驟三次後撈出，即可享用佳餚。
