Taiwanese pancake 台式早餐蛋餅

Cook it from frozen, do not deforst.
Cooking instruction:
Put a bit of oil in the frying pan to heat up to 160c, put the frozen pancake in for 20-30 second, flip it over for another 10-15 seconds. Take it to a plate, put egg in frying pan to cook for 10 second, put pancake back in the pan for another 10 seconds, flip it over, put cheese or any topping you like in the middle of the pancake, wrap it over. Turn off the fire. It's ready to eat!

台式起司蛋餅做法:
先放一點油在平底鍋加熱到160度左右, 放入冷凍的蛋餅煎20-30秒, 翻面煎10-15秒即可拿出放在一個盤子裡備用, 平底鍋打入一顆雞蛋, 煎10秒左右, 把煎好的蛋餅蓋在煎蛋上, 壓一下確認貼合, 翻面煎蛋朝上, 在蛋餅中央加入起司或任何你喜歡的食物如玉米培根紅蘿蔔...從側邊將內料捲起, 關火完成盛盤上桌!
